What is Nano-ITX?
Nano-ITX is VIA's next generation small form factor embedded motherboard, measuring just 120mm x 120mm (4.7" x 4.7"). The secret of Nano-ITX is the Nano-BGA (Ball Grid Array) package, which has allowed VIA to squeeze a 1Ghz C3 CPU into just 15mm (.6") square.
Mini-ITX has allowed Manufacturers to Create Thin-Client or Book size PC's. Nano-ITX will take that one size smaller to paperback size PC's
